The Annexe is a self-contained interior designed studio apartment, adjacent to a Victorian mill house and set in beautiful gardens. We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

Ideal for a short stay or a longer break in the lovely picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth, with railway links to London and Cambridge in 40 minutes. Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Located in the village of Barton Le Clay which has some beautiful places for walks and hikes, Cainhoe Wood Golf Club is nearby, as well as being close to Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Luton Airport. A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

The annexe is decorated to a high standard. it contains a kitchenette and shower room The bed room has a double bed, cable TV and internet, it also has a small table and chairs enough to eat or use as a workspace The annex very near the station about a 2 minute walk. with really good link to London, Stanstead or Cambridge. There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.
