Cozy studio ιδανικό για δύο άτομα το οποίο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο, μπάνιο και ένα άνετο μπαλκόνι. Διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, πολυθρόνα, πάγκο με σκαμπό, TV & wifi (το Internet στο διαμέρισμα είναι 100Mbit). Στο σπίτι ακόμα θα βρείτε parking, πλυντήριο ρούχων, φούρνο, ψυγείο καθώς και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και 500m από τη στάση της Παλιάς Νομικής για το Πανεπιστήμιο. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2021.

Το Handmade Farm House είναι ένα σπίτι με ταυτότητα! Κάθε γωνία του, από την οροφή μέχρι το μπάνιο φτιάχτηκε από εμάς στο χέρι. Μας πήρε χρόνο, πολύ ενέργεια, τόνους έμπνευσης και πολύ μεράκι για να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. Βάζουμε το "παραδοσιακό" στη φιλοξενία... το μόνο που μένει είναι να την απολαύσετε!
