18th century barn conversion in the pretty village of East Prawle, near Salcombe. The property consists of a double bedroom, twin bedded room, bunk bedded room ( downstairs ), bathroom and shower / wet room. A large sitting room leads to a well-equipped dining kitchen . The gardens are lawned to the front and rear and there is a patio. The property is within 2 minutes walk of the village which contains a seasonal shop, pub and cafe (serve food). Several beaches are within walking distance.

Peaceful, rural, two bedroom converted barn

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Small is beautiful! Come and stay in our rather nice little space in the heart of the wonderful South Devon seaside village of East Prawle. Short breaks are welcome and you'll be staying in our bright annexe thoughtfully kitted out with a sitting room and well-equipped kitchen downstairs and pretty bedroom and shower room above - your very own tiny cottage!
