Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Off site paid parking included at Morrisons, Foss Islands Road - 5 min walk away. Alternatively on-site parking available- see photo on my listing for charges

Spencer House - a House of York holiday home is a stylish townhouse with a sunny courtyard. It sleeps up to 6 and is just a 5 min walk into central York. We are also pet friendly (incurs additional charge). Parking is available and we're a 10 min walk from the station. It's located just off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes & delis. You can also rent the 2 houses next door (109 and 107 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 18).

Goldie is in the centre of Wold Escapes glamping site. Each of our eco cabins sleeps up to two adults and one child. They have their own cooking facilities and spacious en-suite shower room. This lovely modern apartment in The Walk provides the perfect base for your holiday in York. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has 2 bedrooms, one double with full en suite bathroom, the other has 2 single beds that can be made into a king if required. The lounge has a sofa bed (small double). Extra charge for 5th and 6th guests. It’s close to the train station and has York’s attractions within walking distance.
