Holiday rentals with a patio in East Riding of Yorkshire

Really lovely little bolthole in tbe perfect position to explore York on foot. Quiet and peaceful at night. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable inside the property. Would definitely recommend, and would not hesitate to re book a second time, thank you.

Great location and host. There was everything you need in the kitchen from milk to honey. If i go to York again I'd definitely stay in Jane's annex.

Catherine is the ideal relaxed host. (and a baking angel, thank you, Catherine!) The apartment was large, bigger than we expected, and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for our weeks stay, lovely peaceful surroundings, but easy drive to a great shopping centre with good park & ride into York, also 1 hour access to Whitby, Harrogate (Harlow Carr), Rievaulx and Fountains.

Aimee communicated very quickly, place was clean and tidy, great location for us to visit York and Flamingo Land, easy check in and we was pleased with everything.

I can’t thank Sheila and Jenny enough for their communication around preparing for my stay. They made me feel welcome. The accommodation was amazing. I will come to stay again.

Fab apt, very central and walkable to local bars and restaurants. Spotless through out and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the beautiful beaches, pubs and breakfast in cafe next door😀

This host is prepared! The many thoughtful details made this stay delightful— traditional candies made in York, prosecco, lots of brochures and local suggestions, nice shampoo and toiletries. The walk to town is very doable. We were able to check in an hour early as our train arrived early. Also, we had to abandon a broken suitcase. Stuart was great about helping us with that. Thanks!

Me and my partner stopped in May cottage and had a great time it’s a beautiful place for 2 people and had everything we needed in the cottage will definitely use again if we come back up to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mandy’s place. The house was really close to the centre of town and we could walk into town for drinks and dinner. The house was perfect for our needs and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the house to future guests.

Silvia made our stay absolutely wonderful. She was very informative from the start. The home was very well maintained, clean and very tidy. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay and the personal added touches made a great start to our weekend away. Very thoughtful! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The manual was very helpful and listed everything we needed to know about local amenities, aswel as having leaflets on what York had to offer. Would million percent recommend this host and there beautiful home. The home was in a good location and also offered parking. Check in and out was very easy and we had a very lovely time in York thanks to the amazing hosting of Silvia. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. Lovely stay at the Shed - we've been before and it was just as good if not better second time round

We arrived late so only stayed in the property a few hours. The accommodation was good and nice to have a fresh loaf of bread!

Victoria's, lovingly presented, cozy flat was an exceptional find, offered with every thought for our comfort, enjoyment and pleasure. Conveniently situated within the beautiful city, it always proved a pleasure to return to, after our days out. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful Airbnb on South Marine Drive in Bridlington. The location couldn't have been better—right by the sea, with easy access to everything we needed. The property itself was spotless, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our host was lovely—warm, welcoming, and communicated brilliantly throughout, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be coming back. A perfect getaway spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shambles Secret. Jenny proved to be a first class host, who went above and beyond to make her guests happy; we cannot thank her enough. The flat was exactly as depicted in the pictures, lovely and cosy and a real home from home. We slept really well, and although the flat is right in the centre of York, it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed our time in the flat as much as we did sightseeing in fabulous York. Shambles Secret really is right where you want to be, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. Really great stay, apartment was exactly as listed an was perfect for a famil stay over the weekend. The rooms had air con which made a big difference comfort wise. Location was great, an easily walkable into the centre, with great views of York Minster. All instructions and interactions with Rebbeca were great. Would happily recommend this for someone looking to stay!

Would highly recommend Eleanor 's place. It was as described, very clean and comfortable, bedding and towels good quality and spotless. Lots of thoughtful extras and felt so comfortable and relaxed. lovely location, easy walk to City. Lovely and quiet at night, perfect location. Eleanor was extremely helpful and accomadating.
