Stuart and his family were so warm and welcoming. We had such a fantastic stay even if only for one night! Such a lovely area, setting and host. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough. We loved this place. This farm stay has been carefully thought out, and is set against rolling Hampshire Hills with the bonus of young calves (at the time of our stay) in the paddock behind the property. This is a great location, well presented, walkable and comfortable. We stayed during a heatwave, but the barn style doors did a good job of helping keep the place cool. The hosts are very friendly and provided us with local milk (yum), along with juices, jams and breakfast items which was a nice touch. We enjoyed this property and would happily stay again!

Home away from home. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months when I first arrived in the UK together with my fiancee and our 10 month old daughter. Susie ensured we'd feel right at home from the beginning with all basic necessities provided. The fridge had some fresh food and juice in it, a thoughtful touch that just shows how much the host looks after her guests. The property itself is nestled in the beautiful countryside, offering peace and tranquility, yet it's just a 10-minute car or train ride to the malls and shopping centres in Basingstoke Susie is attentive without being intrusive, always making sure your stay is comfortable while keeping any disturbances to a minimum. The only minor downside is that the dining room doesn’t get much natural sunlight—but that’s a small detail in what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. The Stables are even more peaceful, spacious and attractive than the pictures! Gorgeous surroundings next to the Hosts vineyard and surrounding countryside. Plenty of country pubs within a short distance and Winchester only 15 minutes away in the car. Well stocked kitchen, complete with utilities such as washing machine and dishwasher. Tom was a charming host who even helped with our bags, as I am currently pregnant.
