The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

It also has direct access onto the South Downs & its many walks.

The Loft: Luxury countryside retreat in 20+ acres

The Loft at Little Park Farm offers an idyllic retreat in over 20 acres of private countryside, the perfect escape for a relaxed and enjoyable break in the natural beauty of Sussex. The farm offers a mosaic of habitats thriving with wildlife; with woodland walks, duckponds, and ornate gardens for you to explore. Our Shetland ponies or Boer goats will happily join you. The Loft is a lovingly refurbished and well-equipped self-contained annex with a private garden. Many close attractions.

Entire converted stone coach house

The Coach House is a newly converted, open plan space with very good internet connection in tranquil wooded location on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. It is adjacent to, but detached from the main house Fairstowe and is ideally suited for family occupancy or a couple. Guests have the freedom of having sole occupancy. A 2nd bedroom can be created by closing a multifold door where a single regular bed is provided for one guest and a single fold-out bed is available for a second.

The Lodge

1300 sq. ft of spacious, modern accommodation situated half an hour from J 10 on the M20, and half-way between Tenterden and Rye. It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Beach-front views of Rye Bay, a spacious modern house set above the beach on a private lane. Its four bedrooms enjoy sea views and there's room on the balcony to relax in the morning sun. The second floor Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across Rye bay to English Channel. A great base for exploring Hastings, Rye and East Sussex, or simply going to the beach. The Long Stable: Rural haven, spacious, fast Wifi

Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Looking for a romantic countryside escape with a few unusual neighbours! Our cosy shepherd’s hut sits beside a fenced field where our four, new but friendly alpacas live, so you’ll have some very charming company during your stay (possibly a few sheep!). Spend your days hiking, visiting Brighton/Eastbourne, or simply relaxing on a deck chair with a glass of Prosecco.
