Holiday rentals with a patio in Eastham

What a wonderful stay, thank you so much!

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

What a peaceful and beautiful location! After 4 days of staying in downtown Boston, Tracy's place was just what we needed to decompress. Wellfleet is situated where it was easy to enjoy parts of the Cape Cod National Seashore as well as Provincetown all in one day. Plus due to our 16-day New England trip, we needed to do laundry. Thankfully Tracy's place had a washer, dryer, and laundry detergent! Tracy recommended the Flying Fish for coffee and pastries. She also suggested PJ's for scrumptious clam chowder. Both places were "wins"! We highly recommend a stay at Tracy's!

Loved the location! There were people nearby but it was quiet. Great access to walk on the sand by the water. Inside, the bed was comfortable and I found everything I needed for the one dinner I ate in. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the back as well. Would love to stay again.

Despite the dreadful weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian‘s place. The bed was very comfortable. I did find that I missed more of a kitchen facility, with no sink in the area with the coffee maker. I found myself going back-and-forth between the bathroom and the living room to fill the kettle for my tea. The area was very quiet, and Brian’s home was easy to find.

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

The cottage at Ayres pond was exactly what we needed for a family of 6 and two dogs. The kids enjoyed the ping pong, shuffleboard and electronic gaming system that comes with the cottage. Stephen and Siobhan were wonderful hosts. Thanks you for the special touches for our furry friends as well as the delicious bottle of wine we enjoyed with our dinner. The cottage is charming and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed kayaking with the resident seals and spending time together. We would definitely recommend the cottage and look forward to our next trip.

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

Our stay at this charming, one-bedroom cottage was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its storybook charm—complete with a white picket fence and blooming flowers. Inside, the exposed beams and cozy décor gave it the perfect blend of rustic and coastal charm. We started every morning on the back deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birds—it truly felt like a hidden sanctuary. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (not always easy to find but greatly appreciated), and every detail felt considered. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find within its white cabinets. It was quaint and quiet, but still conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and Cape Cod magic. We'd come back in a heartbeat and hopefully have slightly better weather!!

Believe the 5 star reviews!! What a fabulous cozy slice of heaven quietly nestled right off a main road and in proximity to so much!! The bungalow itself is the cutest quaintest most charmingly decorated place. They have everything you could need and more, and yes the bathroom is what dreams are made of Highly highly highly recommended for a couple or a small group and for hoomans with furbabies!!! <3 Violet's place is perfect and we can't wait to return.

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

My family had a wonderful weekend at Alex’s place. The cottage is pristine and charming- with a gorgeous and large front and back yard. We felt at home with all of the amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, a kid-friendly bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. The location is fantastic - close to all of the great outdoor activities Brewster has to offer. Thank you so much!

This place was excellent . Very clean and beautiful. Walkable to many restaurants n shopping locations. Prompt communication from the host. Would be happy to stay here any time again.

This location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away with my wife and pup. From a quiet, peaceful, space to being surrounded by all the restaurants and shops, it was just what we wanted. The views are gorgeous, and almost every window has a view of the water. The space was set far enough off the street that it felt extremely private and quiet with a view of the beach. Hosts were proactive with reaching out to ensure we had the info we needed to get parked, and into the location without any issues. Space was immaculate and arranged so nicely from placement to furniture to art. Would stay here again 10/10

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

Kathryn place was just as advertised. Was a lovely unit and easy to explore Chatham in the surrounding areas. Katherine provided clear check in instructions and followed up promptly with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Milo & Lance were superb hosts! Sailor’s Den is the perfect spot to stay in Provincetown. It is quiet enough to have a relaxing night, but close to Commercial St and the Pride festivities. The studio is lovely and perfect for a couple looking to get away. The furnishings are beautiful, the space is clean, and there’s good lighting. We felt so much queer joy while staying at Sailor’s Den! We can’t wait to revisit Ptown and stay here <3

Great place! Thank you! Bits was super responsive and helpful when I arrived and had an issue with the WiFi. After trying to troubleshot via messaging, she arrived at the house and fixed it immediately. Great stat!
