Holiday rentals with a patio in Eastpoint

This was the perfect getaway for my husband, myself and our dogs. Our favorite spot was just sitting on the back porch listening to the waves and watching the sand crabs run around. The property was beautifully maintained inside and out with a kitchen that had everything imaginable. Inside was beautifully decorated and again furnishings all were well maintained. We will be going back here and possibly even bringing some friends with us next time!! We had no problems with the unit, but did reach out to Mitzi once and she responded right away, so I felt safe knowing that we could get in touch with her quickly if need be.

My husband and I had such a great time here! We were looking for a quiet, private place near to the beaches on both the bay and the ocean sides for our honeymoon, which this place was exactly. Salem was extremely responsive, had the place beautifully set up, and had very clear and simple check-in/out instructions. Her recommendations and guides for the island and the mainland were great for our week-long stay.

First off, we love St. George so a trip there is always well worth it! The island is perfect if you really want some rest and relaxation, super peaceful and never crowded compared to other beaches. Secondly, Craig is WONDERFUL to work with, he was so helpful, responsive, and proactive about making our stay as easy and smooth as possible. Super thankful for him, and will definitely book with him the next time we come back to SGI!

Parking was great at the apartment and the park. There was a veterans d day celebration we were able to view from the front porch. Nice for family stay. Bedrooms open layout. It was great for my needs this trip.

This is a great place to stay and felt very much at home! Able to walk to restaurants, shops, and ice cream, which is a must for us! Can't wait to stay again!

This location is EXACTLY what our family wanted in a vacation. Squeaky clean and well-maintained home, private and quiet, easy access to the beach, and all the items we need to enjoy the beach! This is a fantastic option if you just want to get away from the crowds and always have a dedicated spot on the beach you can walk to in seconds. We loved being able to easy head back to the deck/lanai for lunches (as well as eating out there for dinners). And the star-gazing at night was amazing! Definitely recommend getting groceries on the way to the place, but there are quite a few good restaurants that are ~20 minute drive away in Panacea. The host has great communication and obviously cares about the details; this is one of our first vacation rentals we had no issues with. Well, we did have one light bulb burn out :-)

The Pelican Cottage was perfect! I’m originally from Crawfordville and staying at Kevin’s spot in the heart of the city was SO convenient. Kevin was kind, responsive, proactive, and provided clear instructions. The Airbnb had everything we needed during our stay. The appliances were updated which made them all the better. I was impressed to find there was even a printer! The check out was simple and didn’t require a bunch of work like some Airbnb hosts require. The Pelican cottage will definitely be our first pick next time we visit. Thank you Kevin for a great stay in my hometown! 😊

Always a great vacation staying here. Great location, house is extremely clean and comfortable, and a great neighborhood. Jonathon and Kourtney are always on top of it. They made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

We had a few minor issues with the outside lights and pool light not working. Shellie was very responsive. The outside trash from previous guest wasn't picked up by garbage service until we had been there 3 days. We did mention it. The home is older and could use some updates but it was still a nice place to stay with lots of room for the eight of us. The location is good, pool is nice, loved the screened porches, plenty of pots, pans and dishes, plenty of seating in the living room. Overall, it was good stay and we would be happy to stay again.

This place is peaceful and beautiful. Host is wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend this place to all of you. Will definitely come back soon.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! we enjoyed every minute of our stay here! the setup is perfect for 3 couples or several families. the doggie door was an amazing surprise and such a great amenity thay allowed us to sleep in on vacation. the host was very responsive throughout our stay. it was a good location, just .5 miles from the beach. we walked everywhere with the pups and they loved it. Will definitely be back in the future!

We just returned from a week at Ben’s place. We had 2 kids under age 3 and were thrilled with how our week went. Steps away from the beautiful white sand to a short stroll to the pool was how each day was spent. Ben shared all the good tips for making our trip special. The highlight was picking up local shrimp and a bag of oysters from the My Way seafood shop. We ventured out a few night to dine at the seafood restaurants suggested but mostly enjoyed our nights at the “beach home” as my grandson called it. We lucked upon finding Summercamp when my SIL had a few days of business in Tallahassee. We are so glad that happened as we will be back. Thank you Ben for a wonderful week. We can’t wait to return soon.

Husband had a Saturday off so we decided to escape for the weekend on a spur of the moment. We are so glad we decided on Gracee's place. Staying places causes me a lot of anxiety, so it's wonderful to find one that is as it is described. The bathrooms are beautiful and the tub is to die for! Nice front porch for morning coffee and birds singing. The kitchen is beautiful as are the bedrooms! The pictures are so fun to look at in the living and dining room! Brings back memories! I highly recommend this Airbnb and we will be back! So much to do around the area!

Beautiful accommodations on the water. Close to FSU if you are visiting a college student which we were. Little bit of a drive to St George island beaches with shopping and restaurants. Worth the drive.

Jeannine’s place was awesome! The pictures don’t do it justice! It was decorated in a colorful, cheerful, beach-y theme and should be featured on Pinterest! There were clear instructions posted throughout the property on things like how to work the washer and dryer, where to find things, etc. Everything was provided to ensure a comfortable stay: the essentials, of course, plus first-aid items and toiletries, and even an assortment of spices if you wanted to cook. The area was very laid-back and quiet, and the people I encountered were friendly. Carrabelle Beach, less than a 10 minute drive away, was serene and beautiful. I can’t recommend this property enough!

My husband and I enjoyed 3 wonderful nights here. It was so peaceful and relaxing! Loved walking to Angelo’s all 3 evenings. Great drinks and wonderful food. The place had everything you needed to be comfortable and also to cook a great breakfast. We will be back very soon!

Apalachicola is super cute! We loved our space—just a heads-up that there’s a solid staircase leading up to the unit, and be sure to turn off the hall light at night, as it can flood the space with light. The balcony was a great spot to relax and lounge!

Julio was very helpful anytime we had a question. Our stay was perfect and we can’t wait to be back!

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. Everything thing that we needed was there. Jenna was a great host and the coffee bar was a nice addition.

Good things do come in small packages! The unit is a 2 bedroom with comfortable beds and living room area. Also very nice outside areas (front and back) with a privacy fence and even an outdoor shower, washer and dryer in one area and a screened in porch with nice table and chairs in the other area. Nice kitchen area with ample pots, pans and utensils for cooking, with full sized stove, microwave and coffee maker. Living area has a comfortable sofa and large TV. Air conditioning was more than enough to cool the interior if needed. The whole unit appeared to be updated and was very clean. We would definitely return and communication when needed was always followed up with a prompt reply from the owner.
