A path and stairs lead to the private entrance of the newly renovated apartment in a chic retro beach style, with a full bath, and a small but functional kitchen. It is quiet and only 1 block away from restaurants, shops, and parks in downtown Apalachicola. Suitable for a couple but has a comfortable standard sized sofa for a third person or a child. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).
