Ideally located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, our new house will offer you calm and peace during your tourist getaways in our beautiful region. 1 hour from the beaches of Deauville, 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 30 minutes from Rouen and 40 minutes from Evreux, our accommodation will allow you to explore the thousand and one wonders of Normandy. Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

A 1h30 de Paris, cet ancien prieuré rénové avec soin vous accueil pour un séjour confortable. Un séjour de 30m2 et sa cuisine atypique bien équipée. A l'étage vous découvrirez 3 chambres spacieuses et au 2ème étage une vaste chambre qui fera le bonheur des grands enfants et qui pourra se transformer en dortoir si besoin. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.
