Well placed for a long weekend of walking, cycling or visiting the Pontcysyllte World Heritage site, Llangollen with its heritage railway, Lake Vernwy, waterfalls and many more wonderful places. An excellent base for exploring North Wales.

Really quiet location but within a half hour drive of some lovely Shropshire towns and ideal for walkers. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including basic breakfast items and logs for the log burner. The Welsh border is only a few miles away which acts as a gateway to Mid & North Wales. Rowton Castle wedding venue is 2.6 miles away, which is 6 mins by car.
