Holiday rentals with lake access in Edgewater

We loved the stay. The game room and cleanness of the place were impressive. We plan to stay there again later in the summer.

Our family had an incredible stay at this Luxury Mediterranean Spanish estate on Lake Sidney. The home was exactly as pictured—elegant, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The peaceful neighborhood made access easy, adding to the seamless experience. The host ensured every detail was perfect, providing plenty of towels, utensils, and amenities. The two laundry areas and refrigerators were a great convenience, especially for a larger group. Air conditioning kept the house comfortably cool throughout our stay. The highlight was the breathtaking lake view, adding a serene touch to each moment. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor space, the scenery was stunning. The host was highly responsive, quickly addressing our few inquiries, making us feel truly welcomed. This estate offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway and would love to return for another stay!

We enjoyed a great vacation with family at the Lake house. It was clean, beautiful, and the perfect size for the six of us. The beds were very comfortable. The home was clean, tidy, and very well decorated. The men enjoyed fishing on the dock and the women enjoyed having drinks there. We also enjoyed using the grill area with screened in patio for a wonderful family dinner.

First time in Orlando. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Comfy beds - I swear that’s a rare find nowadays! If you like a soft, cozy bed - this master bedroom has you covered! The house is somehow even more beautiful than the photos. It was easy to find, door code made it easy to access and even though we just stayed one night, we felt right at home. Highly recommend this home!

absolutely beautiful home and location. the backyard is what did it for us! we came to visit from ND for 2 weeks and felt right at home. our guests felt the same. we always had something to do even if we were just at the house. 10/10 loved this home and the communication.

We had an amazing stay with 5 of our friends at the lake house! Short trip to downtown Sanford with great restaurants. House was beautiful, well kept, and a peaceful retreat. Nick and Lori went above and beyond to ensure our experience was very enjoyable!

Everything was as mentioned and much better than a hotel room. The coffee amenities way more than expected. Comfortable bed, quiet AC, great bathroom. Everything was perfect!

This was a wonderful place as far as size and location with great amenities. The condo was spacious and beautiful which helped make it a really enjoyable stay. Some things could use updating and the entry and lock was a bit confusing for us but Cindy responded incredibly quickly, super polite and friendly, even though it was late at night. We had kids on a senior trip and there was enough to keep everyone entertained as well as the areas to make things go more smoothly when space was needed to keep the peace. There were things that didn't really interfere with a great vacation like the blinds and doors not working smoothly and we had an issue with the AC but Cindy was immediately responsive and had it taken care of in a very timely manner. All the kids feedback was positive and one commented that they were "living the high life" this week. They all had an amazing time and it was just the experience we wanted for them. Thank you Cindy!

Great place to stay, especially if you're needing an extended stay. We felt right at home. We walked around the neighborhood and it was super quiet, gated, and felt safe. Beautiful apartment!

Maddy was very responsive and attentive to any issue we had . Check in was smooth , the unit is very beautiful up to standards as the photos . The Early morning sunrise and view is a must to catch while the beach awaits only a walk away. There is plenty of restaurants and activities in the area , but if you want to do more Orlando is only a 50 min drive away . My boyfriend and I had a great time we were comfortable at the end of the night . Parking is a hassle I do recommend getting back early so you can secure a spot but this unit is wonderful and you will feel at home .

We had a great say here with New Smyrna Stays! Absolutely beautiful location next to the beach and description was exactly as described, if not a little better than the description. Very easy to find and get into the property. Host was proactive to make sure we had all instructions before getting to the property. This was a perfect place to stay for all of us! Thanks again! Will be convincing my husband we need to stay here on vacation instead of just work!

My favorite thing about Bob’s place was that it was in a neighborhood where I felt perfectly comfortable walking my dogs! Lots of shade on our walks was nice since it’s so warm in Florida. Lots of beautiful houses and scenery on our walks.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

I have stayed with Ellie three different times now. I am born and raised Orlando, all my family is still here, but whenever I come back to visit I require a stay with Ellie. It is the perfect in between of being back home and still on vacation. She takes care of me SO well. The listing property and the grounds about are tended to in a way that makes you feel valued and honored. I never feel like I wasted money, on the contrary- staying with her saves me because I know she will take care of any needs that arise, not that many ever do. Always amazing conversation, joyous energy, and a lot of beautiful insight into Orlando that even I don’t know about! I genuinely could not rave enough about Ellie and her Hideaway. Nice home and responsive

We had a truly peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful lakeside house. From the moment we arrived, the calm and cozy atmosphere made us feel at home. There’s something very special about this place it instantly puts you at ease. Waking up to the lake view and watching the sunset each day was an unforgettable experience. Being surrounded by nature made everything feel more meaningful. Thank you for offering such a lovely space. We’re leaving refreshed and very grateful.
