Chic, clean, and fantastic apartel in the New Town area of Edinburgh that offer easy access to the surrounding attraction and sites in the heart of the city. Highly recommend!!

This apartment is within more of an 'aparthotel' set up, so expect to feel like you're in a hotel, just with your own apartment. For me, this made me feel very safe and secure and the staff working on reception and in the cafe downstairs I cannot rave enough about - they were just incredible and so friendly and kind with both me and my dog. The apartment was beautiful, a perfect size and with everything needed for the week. Be aware that the venue next door is loud if you're on a certain side of the building at weekends, but earplugs and a white noise machine were provided. I'd move in tomorrow if I could and would be very well set up for life in the city!

We were fortunate to have gotten an upgrade to a very stylish and well designed mezzanine. Everything was in peak order, staff was available and very friendly

My wife, our two kids, and I recently stayed at this beautiful new hotel in Leith, Edinburgh, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, Alexander and Erika made us feel incredibly welcome—their warmth and hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel is stunning, both inside and out, with a stylish, clean interior and a real attention to detail. Our room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfy—we all slept so well. The kids especially loved the bunk beds, which were not only fun but super cozy too. This is a perfect spot for families visiting Edinburgh. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The property is super awesome with an extremely hospitable host. We were very fortunate to have found this place with everything was well taken care of and an eye for detail. Very very comfortable and extremely clean. The view from the front windows is beautiful and cherry on the cake. Our host Alexander was brilliant with the overall arrangement and we loved every moment spent here. It is highly recommended and a must stay whenever you visit Edinburgh. Cheers !!!

This place is great! The location is amazing, everything was clean, and everything worked really well. The hosts are fantastic and pay great attention to detail. I recommend it 100% to anyone. They also stored our bags until our flight, which was incredibly helpful. There’s no negative point to be said. Loved it!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Townhouse in Leith! Erika and Alexander were incredibly hospitable,truly going above and beyond to make our visit special. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with fresh bread and a lovely snack basket, which made us feel instantly at home. The room was beautifully decorated, with carefully curated furnishings and custom paint choices that added a unique, personal touch. Every detail from the elegant window treatments to the luxurious linens was thoughtfully chosen and made the space feel both cozy and refined. Our kids absolutely loved their room, especially the custom-designed bunk beds, which were as beautiful as they were comfortable. The location was right across from a stunning, expansive park, we enjoyed watching families out with their dogs and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. There were great food options within walking distance, and it was just a short drive to the Royal Mile &Old Town Edinburgh. We cherish our time here!

Great central location, walkable to all the main attractions. Apartment was actually much more spacious than I expected and really well designed. Staff were super friendly and helpful and it’s awesome that it’s dog friendly.
