It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. It boasts many restaurants, bars, cafes & fabulous shops. The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms one with en suite shower. It had a fully functional kitchen which is stocked with tea & coffee and other essentials. It also had a private sunny front garden.

Fabulous Georgian family Townhouse

This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home. Please note: this is a traditional Edinburgh Georgian “double upper” and there are 5 short flights of stairs (48 steps) to the front door. Sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible. We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year & during the festival in August.
