Appr 20 minutes by bus to Central Edinburgh £2 per trip or upwards of £10 Taxi/Uber. 20 minutes walk to the Royal Botanical Gardens and 5 minutes to Granton Bay. Female guests only please.

The single room is accessed from its own entrance just inside the main front door to the house so it's very private. Please note: this is a family home, not a B&B. Lewis, Kate and their two young kids live on upper floors. Catherine (grandma) and Beau (the cat) live on the ground floor. Breakfast is self-service.
