Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Edisto Beach

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

I can't say enough good things about Melissa's place and Melissa herself. What a wonderful experience it was to stay there. We had been on a long trip and had stayed at multiple AirBnbs throughout our vacation and Melissa's was just a stop on the way home, and it was just what we needed. It turned out to be one of the best ever! What a warm, cozy, comfortable, lovely place it is. It is right off I-95 and very easy to find. The land is beautiful - our dog had a nice time patrolling the yard and smelling all the good smells. Melissa was a very hospitable host and a great communicator - and arriving at her place was like coming home. There were so many thoughtful touches, and the rules of the house were very clear and easy. I want to plan another trip so we can stay there again :). As I told Melissa at check out, I didn't want to leave!

Sarah and Michael’s place was incredibly cozy and comfortable. We could easily walk to any destination we wanted, and it was just a few blocks away from Forsyth Park. The best part was that we had our own personal parking spot, which was a huge plus. They even provided us with a bottle of wine and plenty of snacks for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to get ready. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the TV had a variety of streaming apps. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Outstanding. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Very spacious with great outdoor areas to enjoy. The photos match up perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t use everything available to us but loved to dock and the porches and decks. We enjoyed the area very much and would definitely book this AirBNB again. The owners are very responsive and want you to enjoy the stay. We appreciated the use of the elevator in the home for luggage and our dog’s crate—made it so easy to get settled.

edisto beach was great and low key like I hoped. sawyerbean was a wonderful place and me and my wife loved it. comfy beds and very clean. well furnished with games and other amenities you would enjoy.

Had a great stay at the March House! Plenty of room for our whole family and made for such an easy trip with the beach across the street. Would definitely return

Large, beautifully decorated rooms, completely updated kitchen and baths, a pool and screened porch with hot tub! What more could you want? Definitely your home away from home!

Excellent stay!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Thanks to Patricia and Veronica for a memorable trip!

The house was rented specifically for a golf weekend. It was very close proximity wise to both golf courses we played. Large pool was nice to have after a hot round of golf.

Kirtis and Kristopher certainly out did themselves and sure know how to treat guest! The place was absolutely stunning and upon arrival we were surprised with a some extra goodies! My wife was thrilled to see the coffee bar! They were very responsive the entire trip and sent over a rainy day guide for the day it rained. Everything in the treehouse was just perfect! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was completely stocked, the bathroom was amazing, the pool passes were a great addition to staying here, and the coffee bar was the perfect day starter! From this location you can walk to the lighthouse / restaurants / shopping within a few minutes, or stay and walk around on Deer Island to remain secluded for peace and quiet. The Deer are very friendly and a few will eat right out of your hand! This was our second stay on Deer Island and we will certainly be booking here again! With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

Sharon was amazing as well as her place!! I have never stayed at an air bnb more stocked than hers-it felt like I was at home! From tooth brushes and soap to shave kits and feminine products-SHE HAD IT ALL. She also keeps candy and snacks on hand for quick bites and little treats. There were at least a dozen extra blankets and lots and lots of pillows and sheets for those sleepover pillow forts or just some extra comfort. The bikes and beach equipment were an added touch that really just rounded out this vacation! Will absolutely book with Sharon in the future!

My daughter and I had a fantastic time at this lovely tree-home. (Home instead of house because it felt just so homey and peaceful) We loved using the bikes to visit Harbour Town, climbed the lighthouse and do some shopping/ dining. My dog loved the half mild nature trail at the end of the road, and he also enjoyed walking to the Harbour Town beach and watching the deer in our yard in the early morning/ evening. We tried out the Japanese soaking tub - do soothing. The outdoor poor swing upstairs and the hanging hammock swings down stairs meant we had hours of lovely conversation in the serene environment. Thank you, Connie! We will be back!

Beautiful beach house! Layout was amazing! We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the yard downstairs. Loved having the bike path in our backyard.

Great condo and on Edisto Island! It was very clean and well decorated with a nautical theme. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The condo is a quick five minute drive to all of our favorite restaurants, the beach and the grocery store. It was very quaint and quiet with a beautiful view of the turtle filled creek and golf course. The host was very responsive and friendly and that is something that I highly admire!

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beach cottage! We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the home decor is coastal and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. We loved being on this end of the island - quiet and peaceful. We spent many mornings sitting on the porches drinking coffee. It’s an easy 10 min drive into Folly’s main area (we rented a golf cart for convenience). The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our daughter didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

If you ever get a chance to stay at Dan's houseboat, do not hesitate. He gave us many great recommendations for local meals and things to do. The boat is perfect and the scenery is beautiful. Dan is the absolute best!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s an easy drive to the beach at Hunting Island and an easy drive to grocery stores, food, etc. It was also in a cute historic part of town. Cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed!

Beautiful home with everything you could want in a beach house! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items, and there is a very large sectional with plenty of seating for family movie night! The walk from the house to the beach couldn't be any easier, and the views are amazing from the deck. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and we were pleased to find that they even provided beach towels! All in all this trip was a huge success, and there was great communication from the host. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great stay in edisto! Tucked away and not far from the beach or any restaurants, I would stay there again and highly recommend the place!
