The wooden hut is located in the garden of the host directly on the river (Lieser), only 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. Attention - footpath is closed from March 31 - Oct 2025 due to Alpe Adria cycle path construction. Optimal for cycling, hiking. Toilet, shower 30 m in host house. (Optional use of washing machine also possible) Amenities: Refrigerator in the cabin. Grill, fireplace, cooking facilities (outdoor), solar shower outdoors. For fun: Swimming in the river, table tennis, badminton, darts, etc. available.

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Since the small feel-good apartment is located in the center, shops, pharmacy, banks, post office and many restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Lake Millstättersee is a 5-minute drive away, and the wonderful mountains around Spittal invite you to numerous sports activities in summer and winter. On Spittal's local mountain, the Goldeck, there is a small but fine ski area, the Goldeckstraße is a pleasure both for motorists and for mountain bikers!

We were a group of 11 and had a great weekend at the mountain hut. The place was very clean, cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail - we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and secluded, ideal for unwinding. The driveway is a bit steeper, so a higher vehicle or four-wheel drive is recommended. Particularly beautiful was the hiking trail on the Goldeck, which starts right nearby - perfect for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts. Overall, we were very excited and would come back anytime. Many thanks to Johannes for the great hospitality!

Like an eagle's nest above the Drava Valley. A really great accommodation, with warm hosts, for absolute comfort! Even rainy days can be spent relaxing here. The location was ideal for our excursions and hikes. If you are looking for a feel-good apartment in Carinthia, you should book with Daniel and Andrea!

Tanja and her in-laws, who manage the cottage, are very friendly and helpful. The location is of course fantastic and the cottage very nice. It should be noted that the electricity is provided by generator and is only available at a very reduced rate (light) between 9 PM and 6 AM. The heating is a furnace heater, which is good to know at this altitude and the temperatures there. Communication was good. The journey can be a little intimidating if you are new to the mountains - the navigation system says 100 km/h on mountain roads and thus calculates the travel time earlier. But you're more likely to be traveling at 30-50 km/h. It's good to find your way

We've been there for the 2nd time and will be back for sure. Great house . We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is picobello clean . Perfect place for a relaxed getaway.
