From the apartment and the sunny south terrace you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. Enjoy your time on your 20 sqm terrace overlooking the green field in the mountain range. A shaded spot can be found under the large awning and enjoy the sun in the communal garden.

The apartment is located in quiet Meisham, not far from the Eggstätter lake district, an idyll in summer as well as in winter.

When we are away traveling, you can book this gem: The house has one bedroom, a bathroom and toilet, as well as a spacious, bright living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the private , south-west-facing garden with terrace and mountain view in an absolutely dream location - just 5 minutes away from Chiemsee. Ideal for sailing, hiking, cycling or simply relaxing.

Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally but quietly located between the center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores points with family friendliness, new equipment and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. In the house we live with two lovely dogs. On site we charge the mandatory tourist tax in cash: persons from 16 years: 2 euros per night. Children (6- incl. 15): 1 Euro per night.
