Es handelt sich hier um ein gemütliches älteres Haus komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, auch wenn die Einrichtung jetzt nicht mehr so modern ist fühlen sich unsere Gäste immer sehr wohl darin. Das Haus ist ca. 800 Meter direkt vom Bodensee entfernt. Und hat ein Wohnfläche von über 150qm. Wir erlauben 1 Haustier. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bahnhof ca. 700 Meter, eine Bushaltestelle nur einige Meter, ein Bäcker ca. 200 Meter und ein kleiner Gemüsestand ca. 400 Meter.

New, modern and very bright wooden house for sole use, ideal starting point for adventurous families who want to discover Eastern Switzerland (near Connyland, Lake of Constance, Appenzell, Zurich, Lucerne, Schaffhausen). Covered parking for 2-3 cars directly in front of the house, train station a few minutes walk away. Very good Wlan. Washing machine, dryer, toys for the little ones and books for the big ones. Our renovated apartment is lovingly furnished and covers approximately 65 square meters. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, WiFi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Farmhouse 1856, in the middle of the beautiful nature of the southern Black Forest. The proximity to the Wutach Gorge, the Schluchsee, Feldberg (winter sports) and Switzerland make it the starting point for numerous activities. The house also has a large garden that guests can partially use (barbecue area). As hosts, we live one house away and are here to help you during your stay. Dogs are also welcome here, as we are also dog owners.

With only a 2 minute walk to the lake & beachfront, you couldn't pick a better holiday location!

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

The lakeside house on stilts is located directly on Lake Constance. On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. The property is in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for those seeking peace and quiet who like to be surrounded by nature.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is on ground floor. As a host, I use the extra entrance in the basement.
