The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

Perfectly connected with subway and buses a 3-minute walk away and own parking space. Very close to the action (Schanze, St. Pauli, harbor, Grindel/Uni, Trade Fair, Alster) yet residential enough for relaxed living, strolling, jogging, shopping, etc. Many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. Well-equipped.

Die Wohnung hat einen kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafraum, sowie eine voll ausgestattete, separate Küche und ein Duschbad. Es gibt keinen der Wohnung zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Daher empfiehlt es sich ohne Auto anzureisen, oder aber das Auto auf einem P+R Parkplatz abzustellen.

The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

Perfect to feel right at home and enjoy the stay in Hamburg!

This apartment has everything one needs for a perfect stay in Hamburg. It's centrally located and well equipped. An occupancy of 2 adults + 1 children is ideal (2 children possible). The second bed is a bunk bed. The bottom is 1.20m x 2.00m and the top is 0.90 x 2.00m. The upper part is suitable for children aged 6-12.

Central and urban accommodation

The accommodation to be rented is located near the Sternbrücke. Sternschanze and Reeperbahn are within walking distance! The apartment is in the courtyard of a new residential complex. In the living room, I set up a cozy 1.60 m + 2.00 m Tojo guest bed for the guests. A sample image can be seen under additional images.

The townhouse is a new building from 2021 with underfloor heating, oak parquet, large windows and a terrace to relax. It has a kitchen-dining area and a living room with terrace on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.
