Swimming pool, tennis and golf courses, ice rink, theater, prehistoric village, mini golf course and parks within walking distance. Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab, sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. Bicycles can also be stored inside. They are also available for rent.

With a private back entrance you have access to this idyllic spot, equipped with all comforts. The High Tech Campus, the City Centre, the Van Abbe museum, and Strijp S are within easy reach! Complete monumental house with 4 bedrooms and garden in one of the city's most popular neighbourhoods offering room for 2 to up to 4 people. On request a 5th person is possible. A 15-minute walk takes you to the middle of the city center with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The house has supermarkets nearby, it's in peaceful and green oasis that is fantastic for adults and children of all age. Close to the nature: Genneper Park and Stratumse Heide.

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. Paid parking is available in front of the door, and there is free parking within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is very spacious and built around a patio, so there is plenty of daylight.

The house is just a perfect place to stay for a couple or a family or even if it is just business that is bringing you here. It's located in the countryside, overlooking the wide fields all around the house and the golfcourse just right behind our garden.
