Lovely, original home with fenced garden in the centre of Merksplas.

This special house is located in the centre of the village within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of the Merksplas municipality. The municipality is renowned for its 600-hectare historic cultural landscape, part of a unique ensemble of social colonies including Wortel (Hoogstraten), recognised by UNESCO, on the Dutch border. As of 1 April 2026, a tourist tax is mandatory. The tax amounts to €2 per adult (18+) per night, is not included in the price, and is payable on site.

Onze vakantievilla biedt alles voor een onvergetelijke vakantie. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt o.a. over een overkapping met zitgedeelte en een vuurpot. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Hammo is een prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelaars en fietsers. De villa is bijzonder geschikt voor koppels of groepen tot 10 personen en beschikt over alle voorzieningen en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Vrijwel elke kamer heeft zijn ensuite badkamer met douche, en toilet. De bijzonder ruime living (70m2) en bosrijke tuin geven deze locatie een extra troef. In de afgesloten garage kan je de fietsen veilig stallen. Ham ligt op een boogscheut van Hasselt, Beringen, Leuven en Antwerpen.

Vanuit ons verblijf wandel je zo de natuur van het Provinciaal Groendomein Hertberg in, tot 2004 eigendom van de prins de Merode. Goede verbinding met autostrades naar Antwerpen, Brussel, Leuven, Hasselt... Werchter, Graspop, Reggaegeel, Historalia bereikbaar Gastvrije eigenaars (geschakelde woning) kunnen op uw vraag tips geven. Privacy wordt gerespecteerd.
