Monthly Rentals in Eixample

I recently returned from my first Wonderful month stay in Silvia's apartment. I enjoyed it so much I plan to return again & again. I love her apartment because it is right in the heart of El Born, close to the Cathedral Santa Maria Del Mar, close to the port, the park, the Barcelona Cathedral, Palau de Música & many more top attractions. The area is a very walkable, vibrant & charming part of El Born. The apartment itself is a compact studio, spotlessly clean and well maintained. It is Clear that Silvia takes great pride in it. There are plenty of nearby supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in the area, and the beach is less than a fifteen minute walk away. Silvia is an Excellent Host! She was a welcoming, helpful, and a very responsive host. I thank Sylvia so much for helping me decide to stay in her lovely apartment. It was a most memorable experience that I shall always treasure. Gracias Sylvia! Nos Veremos!

I had a great six week stay here. The LOCATION is amazing with grocery stores, coffee shops, my go-to gym, and an abundance of restaurants all within short walking distance. The balcony faces a little park, and gives the neighborhood a serene and lively vibe. The weekly cleaning was a pleasant surprise! The unit wasn’t ready for check in time which didn’t make for a great welcome after a long travel day; the key mechanism for the unit door was foreign to me and there were no instructions provided but the host was responsive and Sandra quickly came to the rescue. The wifi was lagging but again, host was responsive and sent someone to fix it promptly. Extremely responsive hosts! Would highly recommend, and will definitely book with them again.

Besides the location’s being unique, friendly host and the cleanliness of the apartment and the amenities were also excellent. Thank you for everything. Hope to see you again in near future.

We loved our Stay in Rosa’ apartment very much. The apartment has a lovely classic charm with beautifully renovated touches which made us feel at home. The location is very central to everything in the city without being too touristy, with most destinations close enough by foot which was a perfect balance for us. The airport express and the metro just a few minutes away made city exploration very easy and comfortable. Rosa is wonderful to communicate with. She’s done a great job of making the unit a true home and helped with any small elements that we needed help with. Overall, a wonderful place to live and explore and with a fantastic host.
