We had a fantastic experience from the moment we got to Marta’s building. The location is absolutely prime- safe, beautiful, walkable to many points of interest. It’s located in a gorgeous historic area on a pedestrian-only street. Its lively but was surprisingly very quiet at night for relaxing and sleeping. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, clean, spacious, and very well appointed with everything a guest might need. Everything in the apartment is in perfect working order which is not always my experience on Airbnb. Marta was such a gracious host! She works in the building and was available to help us if we needed or give us great local recommendations. She’s a super responsive communicator. This place is an absolute gem, I highly recommend it and would stay here again in a heartbeat. 10/10!

The location of the apartment was fantastic! Being in the Eixample area is a real plus in Barcelona. Felt more like a local and had easy access to everything we could possibly need. The apartment was a bit pricey so expectations were very high. Mostly, those expectations were met with comfortable beds, pillows and linens/towels. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses and utensils, but the cookware (pots and pans) was not up to standard of a luxury apartment. Owner provided some basic provisions for our arrival which was a nice touch and very much appreciated! The bathrooms were nicely renovated but the master bath had a missing towel hook and the tp holder was loose and unusable. Individual AC units in each room is a real plus, and the terrace is lovely. We spent a lot of time out there. Overall, Carlos and Fernando were very responsive and helpful and I would stay here again.

Family of 3 stayed here for about 5 days it was easy to access once they show you how to get in and out. Very clean and friendly. Walkable to a lot of places like L’Arc de Triomf, Parc de la Ciutadella and Las Ramblas and so much more. One thing I will say is that sometimes at night it can be nosey since there is a restaurant down stairs but other than it was a good place and great location with lots to do. Very family friendly. Would stay again.

The apartment was great! Very clean, had everything we needed. The view is absolutely gorgeous: you can see Sagrada Familia from the terrace. The terrace is a bit small, only one person can sit at a time, but the view absolutely makes up for it. It is very easy to find the metro, and everything is really close – the location is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable,m. The space was ideal for our family (3 adults and 2 young kids), and having a car made it easy to explore the area. The apartment had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms. Communication with Genoveva was smooth and friendly. We truly felt at home here and would definitely love to stay again on our next visit.

The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

We stayed at Victor & Paula's home recently whilst visiting Barcelona for our daughter's wedding. We could not have been more delighted with this amazing house. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean in all areas and very comfortable. It is superbly equipped with everything a family could need for a wonderful stay. In addition to the fantastic kitchen, there is even a laundry room and a gym/play room in the basement. We absolutely loved the swimming pool, garden and terrace which was lovely for eating outside. The house is in a quiet, residential area, but the nearest underground station is only about a 7 minute walk, allowing easy access to all of Barcelona's attractions. The buses also run frequently from the end of the road. There is an excellent supermarket within a couple of minutes walk with everything you could need as well as some cafes within walking distance. Victor, Paula and Carla were kind and helpful hosts and were always quick to reply. Amazing

It's a place that blends privacy, calm, and relaxation. Toni is super attentive and eager to answer questions and concerns. Barcelona is beautiful, but Sant Boi and its surroundings are unique and charming. Your home away from home.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Alella. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay - whenever we had a question or a request they were right there to assist us. The house is very tranquil, clean, modern, and airy, with easy access to Barcelona by car/bus. Some of us also had to take some meetings for work during our stay - there’s plenty of room inside and outside the house to do that. Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay with straightforward access to Barcelona and nearby towns!

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

Narciso is the kindest, most generous Airbnb host I've ever met. He clearly loves this house very much, and he put a lot of thought into every detail, from the furniture to the lighting to the decor and plants in the front yard. Speaking of the front yard, it's amazing to have a peaceful private outdoor space in a busy city, while still being within walking distance to numerous cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful at night. Getting to and from Barcelona was easy with the nearby train & metro station. For international visitors like us, Narciso also speaks excellent English. A 100/100 experience. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic 2 night stay - host was incredibly helpful and welcoming and catered to our needs. Only thing I would flag is that only one of the bedrooms has air conditioning - but a great stay nonetheless.

We’ve stayed in a number of air bnbs in Spain and France, and Rob’s place is our favorite. The location is great. The patios are lovely. Rob was very responsive and accommodating.

I had a lovely stay at Eduard’s place. Firstly, the apartment has an amazing terrace with views of the sunset and Sagrada Familia. I did some remote work there and it was really comfortable with fresh air coming in from the balcony doors, and convenient with an ample sized table, and high speed wifi. Eduard met me for check in and provided some good local recommendations. I highly recommend this spot and would look to stay here again in the future.

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Very clean and perfectly located appartement. Air conditioner, lights, closet, kitchen, bed... all perfect. The host was very welcoming and very responsive. One small inconvenience : the bathroom is a little small.
