Holiday rentals with breakfast in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

Everything went very well during our stay, I recommend this accommodation!

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

practical and comfortable accommodation with adjoining bathroom. Good bedding. Well served by public transport. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. There is a lot of work in the neighborhood, so it is a little noisy, but there are double-glazed windows. Mercedes is very welcoming and gives good advice.

We had a great stay as 4 couples in this large, very spacious apartment and had a great time in Valencia. Gonzalo is a great host, very considerate, who had prepared everything we needed for breakfast, and even beach towels. He answered all of our questions very quickly. We would highly recommend this apartment.

A wonderful stay! I had a great time with this lovely family. Everyone was incredibly friendly and warm, you immediately felt welcome. The breakfast was not only delicious, but also prepared with a lot of love, a perfect start to the day! The house itself is beautiful, very well maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. I can only highly recommend the stay and will gladly come back!

Cool, roomy apartment in Paterna for our visit to València. Some food in the fridge ( putting the 2nd B in BnB) was very nice for a change. Beautiful park nearby. València center easily reachable by public transportation. All in all we were very happy with the place. Thanks!

Thanks Raul, your place was perfect for the 5 of us for a week. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described. There was plenty of towels and cleaning products, and the Nespresso machine was very welcome! The 3 bedrooms were a good size. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, including the Science Centre and Aquarium, which was an hour away, so we got lots of steps in! I would definitely recommend Raul's accommodation. He was very responsive too while we were there.

Very well located, next to the north station, in the heart of Chinatown. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is very good. For the price paid, it is more than enough.

Very clean, spacious, everything you need for a city break. Managed to get free on street parking. There was a problem with check in which was sorted straight away with no fuss. Easy to hop on the bus into the city centre or to the beach. Nice and quiet once inside. Had a great stay. Very good value for what we paid.

I really enjoyed staying here, and would stay again. It's very basic, but this is reflected by the value in comparison with other apartments in the center. It well-equipped enough and the location is superb in my opinion. It's in the center, but on the quiet end, and I was able to sleep with the window open. I had initially planned to stay only three nights and then change to a different apartment. After I made the change, I really missed being in this place, and it was open, so I changed back for the remainder of my stay. Due to my own fault, I was having trouble opening the lock box, and the host drove 30 minutes to come help me get it open. Fortunately, he was very quick to respond around check in time. There is no AC, but there is a ceiling fan, and also a very powerful standing fan.

Located in the heart of Valencia. The girl who always looked after us. Very clean and relaxed place and nice Breakfast is the very good croissants! We'll be back for sure!

Raquel is a very kind and generous person, she welcomed us at here place as if we are a part of her family. She is always available and helpful. We had a private room and private bathroom, we alsl had access to the kitchen for the breakfast, everything was super clean. Thanks a lot for having us as your guests, we enjoyed staying there and talking to you and to your family. Very recommended.

Colinda and Geert are wonderful hosts and they made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and spotless, and every morning we were greeted with a great smile and an extensive breakfast. 100% recommend this place if you want to escape the busy city life for a few days. Thank you for having us!

This residence with its very welcoming staff is recommended without a second thought. Breakfast included. Modern, very clean with everything you need for your linen. A little far from the center of Valencia is the only reserve point, but 5 minute walk to Godella station (where there is a bar and restaurant)

Laëtitia and Jean-Luc were extremely friendly and helpful, yet discreet and quiet. They clearly are passionate about their B&B and guests can feel it easily with the attention to details and care they both demonstrate: warm welcome, home made breakfast, local products, cosy room, super clean bathroom and room. A perfect location near the train station and gorgeous town centre. Ideal place to enjoy some sunshine, discover the many orange fields, local mountains or for a day trip to the beach. Banana beach was great place to stay. Very close to the beach

Patricia, was by far the best Airbnb we have been to. Her hospitality was above and beyond. She was so gracious in offering us food and comfort in her beautiful house. Enjoyed staying there 20 minutes away from the bigger city. We even saw running of the bulls while we were in her small neighborhood. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
