Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

Restaurants and shopping was right outside our door. It took only 20min to walk to the metro to take to the beach. The internet was very fast and the AC units in each room kept it nice and cool in the evenings! Overall it was a great location!

Over the course of the last month, we've stayed at (9) Airbnbs along the Med coast and Antonio's place really stood out. 1) Attention to detail. Ice in the freezer, snacks, milk and coffee on hand. Most Airbnbs no longer provide coffee for more than one day- Antonio had enough for our whole three day stay. 2) Parking included. HUGE bonus. We've been paying €8-10/day at other locations. 3) Location. Walking distance to tons of shops and historical monuments. For the runners out there, check out the Turia riverbed trail. 4) Super responsive and flexible. Would return, highly recommended.

The apartment and the view from the balcony are great. Supermarket is just around the corner, and there is an elevator. The apartment was equipped with everything that was needed. Always happy to come back!

We have just come back from our trip to Valencia. Wow! We had a great stay at Gian Luca's apartment. It was a perfect space with everything we could need. The bed was comfortable, the terrace was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting there soaking up some sun before heading out for the evening. The apartment is in a great location. Within walking distance from so many attractions and endless choices of restaurants. Thank you so much Gian, you have been a great host!

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. Such a great location and value. Definitely bring your own toiletries. The shower and bathroom are fairly large and very modern. The whole space felt large and open. Jaime was very communicative and provided all the info you'll need for a great experience in beautiful Valencia.

we stayed in 2 of Carlas flats in the same building due to flight changes. I cannot recommend either of these highly enough if you're looking for a base to explore Valencia. They're within walking distance (10-20 minutes) to all the top spots in El Carmen district but also feel very local in and around the building. the whole vibe of the neighborhood was beautiful and the choice of food, wine, beer, tapas within a 5 minutes walk was amazing. the flats themselves were spotless, airy bright and modern. Carla is an excellent host who kept in constant contact with us while also facilitating extra requests and giving us a list of recommended places to eat, drink and be merry that you'd need a year in Valencia to get through!! an absolutely beautiful city made all the better by beautiful accommodation and a host who goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

This place was a great place to explore Valencia from. The flat had everything we needed for our two families and was well located close to everything and walkable to Parc Gullivar and Russafa. Thanks for the great stay!
