Only 15 minutes walk and you can enjoy the city's historic downtown. The gardens ofTuria are 5 min from the house. On the wide Malvarrosa beach you can be in 10 min by tram (stop is in 3 min from the house). Near the house there are many shops, restaurants and cafés, discos and public transport.

We have a nice apartment for four people, with stunning views of the riverbed garden, ideal for walking or sports. The apartment is very well located, a five-minute walk from the Carmen neighborhood and downtown. It is very well connected by public transport (I leave a transport card available for guests). There is also a bicycle rental service very close by and supermarkets (one of them open on Sundays and holidays).
