The cave house is carved in volcanic stone, providing an average temperature of 20º year-round. It is ideal to disconnect and recharge with good energy. Practice sports such as hiking, cycling, etc. in Teror and neighboring municipalities without giving up beach days from the north to the south of the island. The house is just a 5-minute drive from Teror and 10 minutes from the GC-3 highway that connects with the North/Center and South of the island, as well as with Tamaraceite that has all the amenities.

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows.
