Front Row View of Roses Bay

Located in a small family residence, with only a small sent between the residence and the sea, the apartment with 2 bedrooms can pleasantly host a family of 4. View from terrace is spectacular, since there is no obstacle between the apartment and sea. From the terrace , Medes Islands as well as all of the Roses bay are visible. To go and swim, one only needs to get down into the small cove in front of the apartment. 7' away walking, there is a supermarket and a restaurant.

Fantastic! With a pool, beach and parking

It's perfect, it has Everything. An 8 minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. PK to park 1 car. Yes WIFI. Large pool, 09/15 No🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with summer salon. Community only for 16 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 rooms to sleep comfortably 4 people. The couch has a bed inside. It has dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, washer and dryer.

Apartment on the seafront! It is fantastic to spend a few days here, whether on vacation or combining leisure and work. Being able to have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace and watching the sea is priceless! Also, have a drink enjoying stunning sunsets! The beach right in front... Hearing, even smelling, the waves are a wonder for the senses. And all this just a 10' walk from the center of Roses along the seafront. We are waiting for you!

2 bedroom apartment, warm and comfortable with a beautiful sea, mountain and olive grove view with a community pool. Beautiful sunset terrace over the sea and Canigou. Located in the Mas Oliva district a little high up and set back from the city center in the middle of olive groves. This makes it possible to be quiet while being very close to the center and shops. Center 1 km away, beach 1.8 km away.
