NOT sure what that means (maybe their beds are on the floor) PLEASE I have a fan to drawn off Noise from upstairs ALL ground level units get noise from upstairs USE THE FAN Gas fireplace is turned off June July and August I do not have AC but the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan. We love it for its quiet, central location, cute little private 2nd story deck that puts us right into the aspen forest. The deck also has views of Wheeler peak, the highest point in New Mexico. It is centrally located with a mini grocery store named “Bumps”, 5 minute walk from our door.

Private condo within reasonable walking distance to Angel Fire Resort ski area/bike park. The condo is located in a quiet area! I live less than 10 minutes away from the condo and can assist on site if necessary and am available via phone at all times!
