The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Diese befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min. und mit dem Bus in ca. 10 min. in der Erfurter Altstadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Dom, Petersberg, Rathaus, Krämerbrücke u.v.m.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

The half-timbered house was completely renovated in 2014. 65 sqm, 4 beds, kitchen, bathtub, balcony - take a look at the pictures! The apartment offers a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. Parking is available right in front of the house.
