The apartment in Holiday Valley was great! I would recommend this spot to anyone planning to travel to Ellicottville whether it is in the summer or during ski season. The view from the building is amazing and it is very close to the town for any of your wants or needs!

Perfect for our spring weekend getaway with our dog! Close to downtown Ellicottville and Allegany State Park.

Place is clean and cozy, the deck and the fire pit area are great to sit back and enjoy the views of the creek and many ducks and birds! Everything was as described, and we had everything needed for our overnight stay in the area. Would return in the future!

Great place to stay in downtown Fredonia. It was a very comfortable 3 night stay for 2 adults, 4 kids and a dog. Matthew was quick to respond to all messages.

Private and clean! Comfortable stay near family. It was just two of us for three days and we had more than we needed to enjoy our time in the area. Both units were occupied during my stay but we never crossed paths with the other guests. There are stairs - about 1.5 flights - which were not a problem for us at all, just a data point to consider if you have mobility issues. We did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the sauna, but it looked like a slice of heaven! Thank you for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price!

We absolutely loved Dorothy’s home! Instantly felt at ease in this well appointed and centrally located 2 bed, 1 bath home. Comfortable and convenient, my husband and I remarked several times how much we loved the place. Dorothy & team were very responsive and very accommodating . Overall a fantastic experience, we will be back!

This was absolute relaxation heaven! Quiet, clean and right on the lake. We loved the sunsets, the morning coffee on the deck, and s’mores at the fire table. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!

Visited Chris's with my sisters and friends for an I Love Lucy filled weekend! It was so nice to be able to walk to the Lucy Memorial Park . The park, which has two Lucy statutes and a gorgeous Veteran Memorial, is adjacent to a gorgeous lake, and a very short walk from the home. The house is adorable, larger than I expected and spotless. This is a super host ! One of my friends who stayed with us is a chef and said the hosts have an extremely well appointed kitchen! The bathroom has very nice amenities that I have never seen in other AirBnb's. The dining room and front porch are so inviting and we spent alot of time hanging out in those areas. Large television, great board games, puzzles & cable tv. In the morning we saw bunnies frolicking while we drank our coffee. Quiet area and felt very safe. You cannot go wrong staying here, also only a short drive to Jamestown for the Lucy museum. I would definitely stay here again.

My fiance and I had such a wonderful time. Our hosts were amazing, always helpful and very attentive. We spent time here for my birthday. They went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday in a special way. The surroundings were so peaceful. The home was immaculate and so many amenities inside. Very cute and cozy lake house with beautiful sunset views - perfect for our weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed watching the antics of a family of ducks (with 8 ducklings!) as they passed by several times a day. Mary was great - she reached out to me before we had even arrived which I appreciated. All of her instructions were clear and easy to follow … a very positive experience overall.

John’s place was perfect for our needs. Convenient to the lake and area events. Extremely well organized house with everything you needed. Beautiful yard. Plenty of parking, quiet street for a Main Street. Walking distance to a wonderful local restaurant. Very detailed welcome book. Small town charm! Thank you.

We enjoyed our recent stay! A beautiful quiet peaceful location. House has most amenities needed. Grandkids enjoyed the visits with Frank the cat and Ernie the dog who greeted us on arrival. 🙂They were sad to leave and definitely would like to stay there again!

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.
