Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. 6 Ponds Farm is a woman-owned 30 acre homestead surrounded by forests. 6 ponds and organically grown medicinal herbs, including 100 blueberries, make this farm a beautiful retreat. A barn, kayaks for paddling, a stand up paddle board, bicycles, a salt water pool, fire pit, & gas grills, are available for guests. The guesthouse is available for rental where you will have full access to the property. Please note the bed and sofa are in the same space. We are pet friendly.

We invite you to stay in our in-law suite in the basement of our mountain home on a paved road in Coosawattee River Resort! Located close to the gate, you will have access to the resort pools and rec center, hiking and river tubing, and all that the mountains and towns have to offer. NOTE: we do have a 2 pet limit and ask that you let us know when you book that you are bringing them. We also do not accept same day bookings made after 6 pm
