Living room with flat-screen TV, stereo system with CD player, USB, Bluetooth. Modern kitchen: 4-burner ceramic stovetop, convection oven, fridge with small freezer compartment.

Our cottage is single in the middle of the forest about 1 km from the village. In the village itself you will find the South Tyrolean bakery. In the neighboring village about 5 km there are several shopping opportunities available. The famous winter sports resort of Winterberg can be reached in 15 minutes by car. In our immediate vicinity, you will find the amusement park FORT-FUN and the Kneipp spa town of Olsberg with the swimming pool AQUA. Directly from the doorstep, you can hike into the great outdoors and leave everything behind...

Nature lovers & active vacationers: Hiking trails such as the Rothaarsteig and Ruhrtal bike path start almost outside the door. Ski resorts and bike parks in Winterberg & Willingen, the Skywalk, swimming lakes, etc. are within easy reach. Countless culinary offers complete the stay. Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

The light-flooded living area on the ground floor offers a glass front with panoramic views and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with meadow view, a sleeping alcove for 2 people and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, the terrace, trampoline and swing invite you to relax. Children can feed our chickens, and depending on availability, there are fresh eggs. The Hennesee is nearby!

For children, we offer an experience with tame sheep, chickens and rabbits that roam freely on the property. Our happy chickens provide you with fresh breakfast eggs in the morning. By arrangement, there are also fresh trout from the fish pond. A small home to feel good and enjoy.
