Ols ́Berghaus is located where the heart of the Sauerland beats: in Olsberg-Elpe. This is 15 minutes away from Winterberg, the place of longing for all winter sports enthusiasts, hikers and mountain bikers. The layout of the house is practical. There are two apartments with a common staircase. This offers you a great advantage: you decide whether you want to use two small units or one large one. How? Quite simply: apartment doors open means one apartment. Apartment door closed means two apartments.

Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

In addition to the 3 rooms each with bathroom on the 2nd floor, the entire ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and the fireplace room is available. Furthermore, the large garden and terrace can be used. The spacious staircase is shared with the apartment in the attic. The most beautiful destinations in the Hochsauerland are easily accessible from here.

The apartment is located at 550 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Sauerland. A little paradise, as we call it. Perfect for nature lovers who need a break from everyday stress. For children, we offer an experience with tame sheep, chickens and rabbits that roam freely on the property. Our happy chickens provide you with fresh breakfast eggs in the morning. By arrangement, there are also fresh trout from the fish pond. A small home to feel good and enjoy.
