BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. You can reach small bathing bays or the nearby castle park with the imposing Meggenhorn Castle on foot in 5-20 minutes. The 9-hole public golf course Meggen invites you to relax. The bus station is about 100 m away. You can reach the tourist highlights in 5-10 minutes.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area with fantastic views of Lake Lucerne. The bus station is very close. Parking is available free of charge. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, but the city of Lucerne can be reached in a short time by bus or car. By bus it is approx. 25 minutes and 10-15 minutes by car. The area is ideal for exploring nature on foot or by bike. Opposite is a newly renovated playground.

Antique vacation home

A house to yourselves. Who doesn't want that? The house is located on a small hill above the valley. The house is still almost in the condition as it was built in 1793. Ideal for nostalgics. The house is about 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot. Transport for luggage and food/beverages is organized during check-in time. On the first visit, we go to the house together, as the wood stove and oven need explanation.

The house has everything you need for a relaxing and restful vacation:

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

The house is located above Stans, at the foot of the Stanserhorn with wonderful panoramic views over Lake Lucerne to Lucerne. By car, you can reach the center of Stans in 5 minutes and Lucerne or the mountains for skiing or hiking in less than 20 minutes.
