A small and very cozy apartment in Freiburg-Herdern, with a large terrace with a view of the city. Right on the edge of town and black forest, best location, south-facing slope with a view of Freiburg, the Schönberg, the Kaiserstuhl and the Vosges. The apartment is fully furnished, mostly newly developed and furnished with a tile floor and solid wood furniture. Super quiet location and ideal for nature lovers. Das Studio "Mühlbach" befindet sich im 2. OG, auf der Ostseite, Wohnfläche ca. 25qm. Komplettsanierung bis 2022. Die Geräuschkulisse des Mühlbachs begleitet Dich Tag und Nacht. Die Gäste benutzen den selben Hauseingang wie Bewohner, ebenso das Treppenhaus, das sich im Wohnbereich (Haus) befindet. Der Gast hat ansonsten keinen Kontakt zu Wohnbereichen der Gastgeber. Saunabenutzung (1.OG) ist nach Absprache möglich. Im Studio befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche.

Our bright, quiet apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people with 72 square meters and is modernly furnished. In addition to the spacious kitchen and a cozy living room, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large covered terrace you can enjoy the sun of southern Baden and the view of our farm garden. The apartment is non-smoking.
