Holiday rentals with lake access in Emsland

A little gem. Great amenities in the garden (against extra cost) was perfect for relaxing once kids were asleep. Enjoyed access to larger park too.

We felt very comfortable in the Heuerhaus and especially enjoyed the magnificent garden with everything you need.

Reinhard's accommodation has an excellent location right on the water. The check-in went smoothly and Reinhard was always quickly available for us if we had questions. The accommodation is very well thought out and has some highlights such as a sauna, a whirlpool and a tree boat. We highly recommend this place.

The house is just beautiful. Right on the lake and quiet. The house is very well equipped. Due to the changeable weather, we were very happy about the terrace roofing under which you can sit wonderfully cozy, even if it rains. The area invites you to stroll. The Seepark has playgrounds and even several halfpipes.

Very charming and lovingly furnished house with a pretty garden on the canal. Beautiful view and quiet location. We enjoyed it very much.

It is a very charming little cottage, very cozy, you feel immediately comfortable. Due to the central location, you can also do something in bad weather. All in all highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation! The house is right on a river – perfect for relaxing, enjoying nature and even fishing, which we also did every day. The surroundings are quiet and idyllic, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The house was very clean, well equipped and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were friendly, straightforward, and always responsive if you had any questions. We especially liked the terrace overlooking the water - the perfect place for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We highly recommend the place and would come back anytime!

Apartment is in a beautiful place by the lake. Especially the sunset was beautiful. Cozy and spacious apartment with everything on it. Ria was easy to reach and gave quick answers. We hope to come again next year.

I had a fantastic month-long stay at Erik’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long stay. The location was convenient, the WiFi was reliable, and Erik was a great host - responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🙂

Beautiful days in a accommodation. It was perfect (except for the weather😅). We immediately felt at home. The view of the lake exactly as described. Comfortable beds. In the kitchen, everything you need was available. The bathroom is a highlight. We will definitely come back and tell others how great it was with you. Best wishes Susanne and Jörg

The apartment was spacious and clean with a nice and large garden. The surroundings are also very beautiful. Everything is at walking distance! There is a beautiful park across from the apartment. You can take beautiful walks in the Kurpark with 7 lakes, but you can also walk around Bad Iburg in the vast forests and hills. The town is not large but cozy with various shops and restaurants. There is also a large supermarket. You have a delicious bakery and an ice cream parlour on Grosse Strasse where you can sit outside on the terrace. The Da Bruno restaurant is recommended, with a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a delicious meal. We had a fantastic time and would like to come back to this apartment. Everything was neat and clean and very good.

The accommodation is very centrally located and has 2 parking spaces. It is tastefully and modernly furnished, you immediately feel comfortable. The Zwischenahner Meer and fantastic restaurants can be reached on foot. Communication with Robin was quick and absolutely uncomplicated. We would definitely visit again!

The house was clean and exactly as described, the surroundings very nice. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our vacation. Of course, no one can control the weather. We would definitely come.

Lovely spotless apartment , lovely area not far from river Rhine,, very flat area for walking/cycling. Great for a relaxing holiday.

We were there with our two kids. The house was clean and tidy! In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The house is beautifully located directly on the water, surrounded by nature! You can only hear the birds singing and the frogs croaking. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed a wonderful week!

Trudy is a very sweet and attentive hostess who has good tips for activities and excursions. The accommodation is very clean and quiet, perfect for a break. Would come back at any time 🌞

Highly recommend! Staying at this Airbnb was just amazing! The place was exactly as described in the pictures – clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. By bike or car you can quickly get to Groningen, where you can do numerous activities! Our highlight was the hot tub, which was used diligently. We would come back.

Absolutely a highlight! What a lovely home with lots of privacy, well appointed kitchen with good stuff and lovely beds. Beautiful boat rented and sauna on the water was really great!

We had a wonderful time at the Waldhaus! We particularly liked the terrace - we were able to spend many cozy hours there and enjoy the tranquility of nature. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to unwind wonderfully. We will be happy to come back!

Amazing view, super accommodation. Could sit outside entire day and take (nature) pictures if I had wanted to. Soo much other nature around though. Have a bike, boat or car to explore the wider area, go shopping. Loved it. Will be back for sure.

Treat yourself to a moment of rest in this beautiful place surrounded by greenery. A beautiful garden, where you can idyllically stay among the deer, chickens, hares and birds. The accommodation was as described, the children had a lot of fun in the lake, in the indoor pool and in the garden, where we could also sit comfortably together. Gladly again!
