Die Wohnung ist knapp 55m2 groß und liegt weserseitig in einem Turm des s.g. 'Columbus-Centers'. Sie wurde im Sommer 2010 komplett renoviert und eingerichtet.

On the ground floor is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment with stove, oven and refrigerator, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is like new and ready for you.

Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily reached by a bridge. All you have to do to get to the beach is cross the island road. At low tide there is the possibility of extensive hikes as at the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping at 6-8 km distance.

The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
