The Lake Lodge (Windermere)

Wansfell Holme is a beautiful Grade 2 Listed period house set in a perfect location in the Lake District National Park, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. We have incredible views over Lake Windermere (100 yards from the house), and there is easy access to the lake, woods and fells . In addition, Waterhead and Ambleside are within easy walking distance, and we are more or less central for visits to other parts of the Lake District by car.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

On the lake

This is a lovely base in the Cotswolds sitting on the lake, with a south facing aspect. Its family-friendly with plenty of activities in the area including horse riding, walks, gym, golf and even a beach. It is a great getaway for anyone, from couples, solo adventurers, and obviously families (with kids). There are all the essentials indoors from well equipped kitchen with dishwasher to high speed broadband. Oxford, Bath, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are all within an hours drive.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Luxury waterfront 5 bed house

A newly built 3 storey 5 bed detached house with stunning harbour views, 5 mins to Sandbanks beaches. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

Servants Wing at Claughton Hall, Sleeps 4

The Servants Wing is situated within the the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. The views from the property over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position are spectacular. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the private driveway. Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.

Mallard

Mallard Lodge has a playful streak running through its calm, refined interior, with soft textures, natural tones and a big wooden kayak suspended above the dining table. With three en-suite bedrooms, a ground-floor room for easy access and a master balcony over the lake, it’s a relaxed base for six. Days drift between the deck, the hot tub and (actual) kayaks when the lake looks too inviting to ignore.

Malachite

Malachite Lodge is the kind of place where family time feels easy. With four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and an open-plan downstairs that pulls the lake right into the living area, there’s room for early risers, late sleepers and anyone needing a quiet moment. The sun deck sits over the water, the hot tub is always ready, and evenings fall easily into dinner, a film or a moment on the balcony.

Pond Lodge - Hot Tub Stay with Views & Log Burner

Pond Lodge is the original home on Little Horseshoe Lake, with your own small lake right outside the lodge and enough space for families to settle in without losing the quiet. Slow days come easily here, from long lunches in the garden to evening dips and a dash into the hot tub after. Underfloor heating, a log burner and calm lake views make it a place to unwind, with time to enjoy being together.
