Dog-friendly and surrounded by 2.5 acres of stunning, beautifully kept gardens, it blends rustic charm with modern industrial flair. Wander among wild moorland animals, unwind nearby at the Wild Spa, or enjoy music and drinks in the Log Fire Cabin, for cosy evenings all year round. Ideally located to explore the untamed beauty of the Moor and Cornwall’s breathtaking coastline.

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

Servants Wing at Claughton Hall, Sleeps 4

The Servants Wing is situated within the the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. The views from the property over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position are spectacular. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the private driveway. Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.

Malachite Lodge is the kind of place where family time feels easy. With four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and an open-plan downstairs that pulls the lake right into the living area, there’s room for early risers, late sleepers and anyone needing a quiet moment. The sun deck sits over the water, the hot tub is always ready, and evenings fall easily into dinner, a film or a moment on the balcony.

Pond Lodge - Hot Tub Stay with Views & Log Burner

Pond Lodge is the original home on Little Horseshoe Lake, with your own small lake right outside the lodge and enough space for families to settle in without losing the quiet. Slow days come easily here, from long lunches in the garden to evening dips and a dash into the hot tub after. Underfloor heating, a log burner and calm lake views make it a place to unwind, with time to enjoy being together.

Kingfisher Lodge is one of those homes that makes slowing down feel effortless. With floor-to-ceiling glass looking across the lake and three spacious en-suite bedrooms, it blends relaxed comfort with a touch of luxury. Mornings start quietly with coffee on the huge deck, and before long you’re debating the kayak, the hot tub or a long lunch with that fantastic lakeside view.
