A weekend that went perfectly in a very nice and functional house and in a peaceful environment. Very nice view of the sea.

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The villa is very well equipped and super comfortable. A magnificent view surrounded by vegetation. We felt like we were in a real family home. We were able to find dishes and games for the little ones as well as a children's play area which is really nice! The rooms are all functional, top bedding, and private bathroom (1 shared). We highly recommend

This is an amazing home in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were perfect for a family of 6, we didn’t want to leave the house in the day. Plenty to keep the children entertained. Really fun with the tides. The waves come up to the house and you have the wonderful sound of waves all day. When the tide is low you can spend hours exploring the beach. The nearby towns are also beautiful. If it rains cost up inside and enjoy the board games with the sea at your doorstep. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, very close to the beach and town and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Just far enough out from the main town that it is nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend this place !

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. We allocated the well appointed rooms and got cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The view from the two back bedrooms is stunning and the garden room is an amazing place to sit and relax. The walk down to the beach hut was bracing as it was windy but once we opened it up and found the deck chairs it was great to people watch and the sand on the beach soft, just great for the kids. The location is also great for exploring Dorset, we were out every day. Just 20 minutes in either direction took us to beaches, towns and play areas, something for everyone. Hilton is a gracious host and accommodating. The house was as described and the photos are accurate, we would highly recommend.

The house offered by Jules was incredible with a magnificent view a few kilometers from the beach… everything was perfect until the story of the place and the surroundings that his dad tells so well.

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

Jeani was sensational! One of the babies in our group had to go to an and e and she was so generous and kind while we had to stay longer at the house. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Fantastic house for 10 people… beds were super comfortable and lovely bedding. All ensuite bathrooms were perfect. Great location just outside HONFLEUR and Deauville where there are a great assortment of restaurants. Went down to the beach to watch the sunset nightly, what a peaceful spot. Thanks for the memories, would revisit in a heartbeat

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

An excellent stay in an exceptional setting. Located near the Houlgate Golf Course, this peaceful haven offers many activities on site (darts, foosball, table tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pinball, billiards, karaoke). The perfect place for an EVG or a multi-activity stay with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the accommodation is very well equipped and close to Houlgate for walks on the beach!

Exceptional holiday home with its 180° sea view (more beautiful in real life than in the photos) and its many fun activities on offer (heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room with video games, foosball, billiards, ping pong, many board games...), you don't get bored even when it rains! perfect with children. Don't forget your bikes (rather electric for the less brave as there are slopes in this area). A few details of the house are aging but beyond that, great decor, modern kitchen and bathroom and designs. It feels good, very warm main living room. We stayed at this lovely house for nearly a week with our family ages from 2-63. Angie was so friendly and very easy to contact! The house is beautiful, very clean, spacious (more so in real life!), pool wasn't too cold either! Very peaceful and quiet and comfortable beds. A perfect stay. We had a great stay with 14 people (8 adults and 6 children). The house is really spacious, with several living spaces. The teenagers particularly enjoyed the games room and the cinema, and the little ones loved the playground with a swing/slide. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for large groups (2 fridges, 2 dishwashers). The exterior is just as pleasant: heated pool but also large garden with several corners arranged for eating or just enjoying the quiet. Our host's welcome was efficient and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!
