From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. An electric awning provides shade. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, sink, fridge with freezer compartment. Kettle, toaster and dishes. In the bedroom, a comfortable 160 cm double bed invites you to sleep. Shower bath, vanity, toilet and bidet are in the bathroom.

A glazed round arch opens onto the bright hallway. From here, it goes left into the living room, right into the bedroom. Both rooms are sunny, bright and welcoming. The modern daylight bathroom has a floor-level glass shower, vanity unit and toilet. The kitchen (16 sqm) is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus oder im seitlichen Garten auf der Bank zu rauchen.
