Détendez-vous dans ce logement idéalement situé à 5 min en voiture de la gare de Quimper. Cet appartement lumineux offre tout le confort pour un séjour agréable. Profitez de la terrasse exposée sud-ouest et du jeu de fléchettes pour des moments conviviaux. La chambre avec lit queen-size et literie de qualité (linge fourni) garantit une excellente nuit. Une place de parking est incluse dans la résidence sécurisée. Note : des travaux ont lieu en face du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 17h.

Pour des vacances ou une nuitée , nous vous proposons notre maison cosy pour 4 personnes près d'une forêt avec ses sentiers multiples . A 10 min de Quimper et 25 min des plages. La maison est bien équipée, les lits seront faits à votre arrivée , le linge de toilette et de cuisine fournis. Pour y accéder vous emprunterez 4 grandes marches. Toutes les commerces de proximité se trouvent à 800 m. Notre résidence principale se trouve sur le même terrain (Chiens acceptés sur demande)

Maison à la campagne, très calme. Elle dispose d'une terrasse privée avec salon de jardin, transats ainsi qu'un barbecue. La maison se situe dans un hameau avec trois autres maisons de vacances. Le grand jardin possède une balançoire, terrain de pétanque et une piscine. La piscine est couverte , chauffée et sécurisée. Elle est PARTAGÉE avec les autres gîtes. Elle est ouverte et chauffée du 1er MAI AU 1er OCTOBRE. La salle de jeux est accessible à tous.

This renovated farmhouse consists of a wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue, enclosed and secure private garden, a private jacuzzi (24/24h). On the ground floor, a living room of 25 m2, with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a seating area with a sofa bed, sleeping for 2 people, a bathroom with toilet, a hydromassage shower and a laundry area with washing machine/dryer. Upstairs a desk area, a sleeping area with a bed for 2 people.

"Ti Mein Glas" is a charming small quiet house completely renovated in 2020, it is located in Landudal 4 km from Briec and 8 km from Quimper Nord. The beaches are within 25/30 km. (Concarneau, Benodet...). On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs on the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. We offer dinner and/or breakfast, on request.
