Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Erie

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

The place was perfect for our family vacation. Fun games and amenities to keep everyone occupied and bonding before and after our daily excursions

We had a wonderful stay and the location was great for being near downtown Longmont. Having farm fresh eggs and freshly roasted local coffee was an added bonus. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and the neighborhood was great for taking daily strolls.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the home and the surrounding area. The nearby Adventure Golf was a blast and a big hit with our pre-teens. It took us a little while to find the place. The address for the GPS is Broomfield, not Westminster, and there are multiple streets with the same name, which can be confusing, so pack some patience. However, the location was perfect; it was about a 30-minute drive to Denver attractions. The weather was a bit wet, so we were unable to use the backyard and fire pit. The house looked every bit like the pictures, though, and was very comfortable, especially the beds! Thanks, Mark and Jenni, for a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

This house was a great landing spot for our family (3 adults and 2 children). A quiet neighborhood, lots of room to spread out, walkable to Walmart (which came in handy when we wanted to grab quick late-night groceries for breakfast after putting the kids to bed as soon as we arrived). You're definitely going to need a car for most activities, but that's to be expected when renting a place in the suburbs; worth it for us to have the space with kids. Very close to playgrounds and easy highway access for getting to other attractions.

The home was absolutely perfect for our 5-sibling reunion to celebrate our nephew’s graduation. Four of us flew in from the east coast (NJ, SC and GA) and our last sibling is local so our families were able to all hang out together. Margo and Tim’s place is so well laid out, inside and outside, so there was plenty of sitting room and space to mingle. The kitchen was well-stocked so entertaining was a breeze. Bedrooms were all large and beds comfy! Someone said it was in one of the reviews but I missed it that the home is right next to a railroad track. The only one that woke me up was at 5am the first day but it really was not bad…it went slow past the house. Again, thank you to Margo and Tim for the use of your wonderful home - we would definitely come there again!

My family enjoyed our stay at Martha's. Midway point between the Airport and Ft. Collins with easy access to I25 made it easy to get where we needed to go. A nice clean house with ample room for 9 people. Residingin a neighborhood that was peaceful both day and night. The affordable price was well worth the accommodations. For anyone not interested in being in the mix of the city I would definitely recommend Martha's.

We had a wonderful time staying at Scott and Kate’s place! It’s very cozy, clean, and we felt right at home. Scott and Kate are both extremely kind, flexible, and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. The unit was comfy and cozy and very clean. It also had everything you might need. The property is very peaceful and is convenient for hiking, mtn biking, and heading in to Nederland. Tim was a great host! I'll be staying here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in Idaho Springs. Sonja's bnb is very well thought through. We enjoyed playing pool and exploring the vinyls collection. And the bathroom even has a bidet! Would absolutely recommend this airbnb and looking forward to staying here again.

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

wonderful stay!

We had a great stay with Nikki! The bed was comfortable and the garden was super peaceful. We went to the restaurant she recommended twice because it was so good (the west side tavern) Although the ceiling was a bit low for my 6”4 fiancé, I would definitely recommend her place!

I had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at Sandra's place on the lake. I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with a lot of things. She was very friendly and responsive and answered texts immediately. The place was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a lengthy stay. She even had a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room as an added sleeping space when two of us were there. The available laundry area was much appreciated. Oh, and the extra little starter-pack goodies (snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, flip flops, etc.) were very thoughtful. It was a safe area too. I will be back!

It was a perfect 2 bedroom apartment for our little family of 3. The kitchen and dining area was very well stocked and the living room very cute. The views from the place were stunning and we even had deer in the evenings. The hot tub is excellent and we were so glad to have that available after a long day of hiking in the cold. The hosts were very thoughtful of everything. It is very close proximity to the Estes park downtown and easy access to RMNP.

Loved this cozy place!! It had everything we needed. Town is only a 20 minute drive if you need anything. There are many activities to do but we mostly hiked. We hiked up St. Mary’s Glacier and up Yankee Hill Trail and there is so much beauty in the area!! Absolutely breathtaking views, all around the cabin. The deck was our favorite place to sit and the outdoor fire pit was an unexpected bonus! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

We had such a great stay - we didn’t want to leave! We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed the gorgeous weather, scenery & a hike up to St. Mary’s - we even saw multiple moose!! The house is super clean, sunny & inviting. We appreciated all the extra linens, housewares, supplies, etc - we felt right at home! All instructions are clear & check in/out was a breeze! De is an amazing host & ensures you are taken care of through quick communication, including a binder full of recommendations, instructions & clear directions in the kitchen! We absolutely loved the area & the drive up to the cabin - would definitely recommend this stay to anyone, it is a wonderfully tranquil stay!!

Stayed for a second time in Mark and Maritza’s idyllic cabin. This time we brought our son and daughter and really had a lovely time. The kids really loved the hot tub, axe throwing and hammocks. We had just the right amount of space for the 4 of us. We cooked all our meals at the cabin. It rained a lot while we were there, but we stayed cozy with the hot tub, wood burning stove and heated flooring. The coffee maker wasn’t working the morning of our arrival, but Mark responded right away and so kindly purchased a new one for us right away so we wouldn’t be without our morning cup. Thank you Mark! The kids have already asked if we can come back next year! We highly recommend this spot for a peaceful mountain retreat, yet hope it never books up too much for us to get another chance to stay.

Amazing and well thought out place! It has a Well equipped kitchen with Everything needed to cook a nice meal, responsive host, quiet, clean and cozy. We will be back!!

Absolutely loved staying here! The trail to the lookout at the cabin was a fun bonus trail after hiking at RMNP. Kari was very proactive in communication and the cabin was just as expected. It’s in a peaceful area while being close to restaurants and the park.

I had an excellent stay at this location. Cozy cabin on the mountain with some standout amenities. Hard to come up with anything bad or negative to say about the experience. Location is as-described in the listing. Getting to the location was not an issue. Private and surrounded by everything you would expect for a mountain local. Clean air, lots of trees, great views and the sound of nearby creek was a nice bonus. The dog had a good time with it. Projector was simple enough to use, very bright and kinda fun watching the screen lower and raise into place. Really enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and the motorized roof window that opens up. Great to watch the stars and listen to nature at night. The sound of the creek was awesome once you opened up the window. Had a restful and deep sleep for the stay. The bathtub was probably the only downside. I am too tall to fit into it comfortably at 6 feet. Would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get away and recharge.

This place is amazingly beautiful. The fire pit and hot tub on the deck make it all next level. There’s so much attention to detail in amenities! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!
