Die Vermietung für einzelne Nächte geht nur im Ausnahmefall, Vermietung an 3 + 4 Personen erst ab 3 Übernachtungen. Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien. Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Our accommodation is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Dusseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz train station. Pick-up and drop-off from Düsseldorf airport or other desired location is possible at an additional cost.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This small apartment has satellite TV, sockets with USB connection, a cozy bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare a small meal and towels, shower gel, shampoo are included in the basic equipment. Some coffee and tea pads are available. End the day on the small terrace or on the alpaca meadow.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The bike and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond are all in the immediate vicinity.( about 20 min.)
