The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with seating area, an open sleeping area with TV connection, a shower room, as well as a living room in the conservatory. It is possible to enter through a separate entrance. The quiet, secluded location in the district of Dörflis in the romantic half-timbered town of Königsberg (10km) invites you to relax. The cities of Schweinfurt (40km), Würzburg (70km) and the World Heritage city of Bamberg (30km) are easily accessible and great as a destination. In the neighboring village there is a farmhouse where you can eat very well. Parking is possible directly in the courtyard.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Unser Ferienhaus ist eine über 200 Jahre alte ehemalige Wassermühle in der Hügellandschaft der fränkischen Hassberge. Wo früher das Mehl für den Gutsbetrieb des Bundorfer Schlosses gemahlen wurde, finden heute bis zu 12 Gäste Erholung auf 250 qm im eleganten Salon, der offenen Küche mit gemütlichem Frühstückszimmer und 6 Schlafzimmern. Vom eigenen Garten blickt man auf das Schloss und seinen Park.

The Single Room Apartment (23 qm, left to the archway of the house) consists out of one bathroom with shower/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, seating-accomodation, a couch, bed and own terrace. Our accommodation is located in Heilgersdorf, a small village 4 km from Seßlach between Bamberg and Coburg with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space and a quiet location. A good starting point for single travelers, couples and families alike to discover and enjoy culture and Franconian-Thuringian sights - or simply for a vacation.

Romantic Rose Cottage

The vacation rental is located on a typical Franconian three-sided farm, which used to house a farm and carpentry and is still lovingly renovated by us with old materials and a lot of clay plaster. My husband, our dog and I live in the main house.
