Pet friendly! One bedroom upstairs apartment with lots of storage, large bathroom and well stocked kitchen. This comfortable updated apartment has all new appliances, furniture, bed and linens. The Delta Nest is quiet, secure and easily accessible right off the sidewalk. Location is walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, deli and grocery store. Pull through parking at the side of building for boats, campers or trailers and plenty of parking spaces in the front of building.

Located in the heart of Escanaba's most historical neighborhood, Ogden View Manor is one of many homes built in the area between 1860 and 1900. Timber Barons wanted to live close to the waterfront for convenience when shipping their products. Nearby Ludington Park, on the water’s edge of Little Bay de Noc was home to the original shipping port. A 3rd-floor servant’s quarters and doors with curly maple on one side and quarter-sawn oak on the other are a few features of this home.

This large open apartment features a living area which is open to the fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Kuerig and Mr. Coffee. There are two bedrooms, one has a king and a full bed, the other has a queen and a twin XL. Full-size stacked washer and dryer for convenience in the bathroom and a dual head walk in shower. The living area has a smart TV and high speed WIFI. *Due to severe family allergies we cannot accommodate any pets at all.

The stay overall was good and the space itself was clean and comfortable. Brad was helpful and responsive throughout. One thing I didn’t know before booking this unit is part of an existing house and there are three interior doors connecting to other parts of the home, including one that leads to someone’s porch. While all the doors were locked, they aren’t fully walled off, which raised some privacy concerns for me. The first night, I felt a bit scared and uneasy with thoughts like “what if someone walks in?” Since I wasn’t aware of this setup beforehand, I couldn’t cancel the stay. But over time, I got used to it and reminded myself everything was secure. If you’re okay with this kind of shared structure and locked but not sealed-off doors, it’s still a nice place to stay. Thanks, Brad, for hosting. ⸻ Let me know if you want to tone it down or make it even more straightforward.

It's a beautiful and quiet location just minutes from the shops and restaurants in Sister Bay. As noted in the listing, the hostess lives on site and was there during our stay. Other than seeing her car from time to time, we would not have known if she was home or not. The internet worked great and we were easily able to log into our Netflix account to relax during the evening to watch our favorite shows. This was the perfect place for a long weekend away for me and my husband.

My family and I stayed for a few nights while exploring pictured rocks and this was an absolute perfect stay. Anything you could need/want to feel right at home (even with children) and stay entertained while relaxing was here. We also got great advice on what and how to sightsee efficiently from Ken. The apartment was very private and quiet and more than plenty of room for our family of 5. Upon arrival we were greeted and given any info we needed for our stay and walked into a very clean and well stocked apartment. Will definitely stay here again!
