You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Due to the ideal location on the A1 between the Ruhr area and the Rhineland, all industrial locations can be reached relatively quickly by car. From here you can also enjoy wonderful excursions in the Bergisches Land. Whether by car/motorcycle/bicycle or also for hiking enthusiasts.

Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.
