Holiday rentals with a patio in Eschenbach

A lovely and charming place to stay. Rosemarie made sure we had what we needed to accommodate our family stay.

This property is highly recommended, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The decor is fresh and cozy, offering ample space with modern furniture and appliances exclusively for guests. We found more than enough of what we needed. The neighborhood is pleasant, featuring several good supermarkets (we find a coop and a chinese shop) and a nearby tram station. The host is friendly and easygoing – when I communicated with him, he often provided more information than I needed, making me feel welcome. The balcony is nice, and nights are generally quiet. However, being on the first floor, there are occasional small insects, and the lack of AC or fans made recent hot days uncomfortable. Considering the overall advantages, I’d rate it 5/5.

Great place to stay for 2 nights. Close enough to the big city of Zurich yet far enough to feel peace and quiet. Easy check in process and photos matched description, very modern and clean. Provided amenities like washer/dryer and nespresso machine was a huge bonus and Patrick was amazing communicating! A plus stay :)

Das Dorf, in dem die Unterkunft liegt, ist absolut charmant und was Gerda aus dem Dachgeschoss des Bauernhauses gemacht hat, einfach umwerfend. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde ein Rückzugsort geschaffen, von dem aus man auch schöne Wanderungen und Spaziergänge unternehmen kann. Sicher auch anderes - mir hat das zu Fuss erkunden aber gut gereicht, weil ich einfach ein paar ruhige Tage wollte 😊

What a GEM !!! The venue is gorgeous and has a fantastic view ... just like in the photos. We had a wonderful trip and Stefania was the perfect host, she gave advice and input and even made suggestions of special local things we would never have found on our own. I kept pinching myself because it felt like a dream!! Unforgettable!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Simeon’s Airbnb! Modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, komfortable Betten und Bettwäsche, unkomplizierter Check-In und nette Kommunikation! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

Sehr sauberes, modernes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit gut erreichbar, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic experience. Yes it’s an experience more than a stay. Very quiet and peaceful and as people who admire work of other gardening people we enjoyed the greenhouse house very much. The views are peaceful and close enough to Lucerne if you do want to go for dinner into town ( which we did), but with a bit of planning could have avoided by just buying some basics and spending even more time at the house. Emanuel was particularly helpful in the checking in process and went above and beyond. Highly recommend to families and quiet clean small groups. I don’t recommend this place for party animals or if you want to just be in Lucerne most of the time, since it is important to enjoy this place, esp in the summer w all the veggies and fruits being grown by Emanuel’s team. We wish we could have spent more time! We will be back again.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte sehr gut schlafen.

Wir haben alles super gut gefunden: gut sortierte Küche und im Bad alles vorhanden wie Handtücher, Duschgel und Haarföhn, Bett mit frischer Bettwäsche bezogen; kleine Veranda mit Gartenmöbel und Gasgrill zum abendlichen Essen; kurze Wege zum Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle trotz Nähe zum Zentrum sehr ruhig.

Merci nous avoir reçu dans votre magnifique maison. Elle est très confortable, décorer avec amour et beaucoup de goût. Tous est très propre, et y tous ce qu’il fallait pour notre séjour d’une semaine en petite famille . Merci pour votre chaleureux accueil, pour les œufs frais de votre poulailler. C’est magnifique petit mouton, ont adorer. On c’est promener dans le village et dans la forêt autour, très simpa. La nuits on a croiser des petits cerfs 🥰 sur la route. Merci Eva et Yves

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist wunderschön, wir wären am liebsten dort eingezogen. Alles total sauber, modern, neu und an Ausstattung alles und mehr was man braucht. Großer Garten mit Liegestühlen, Hängematte und großer Terrasse, dort kann man entspannt den Tag verbringen. Tolle Küche und total schöne Schlafzimmer. Man ist nicht weit von Bus und Bahn entfernt und somit schnell in Konstanz. Mario ist ein super freundlicher und entgegenkommender Gastgeber, man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. Die Unterkunft hat dazu beigetragen unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem zu machen. Vielen Dank dafür 😍

This place was beautiful! It’s such a peaceful spot with amazing views of the lake and quite accessible to lots to do (assuming you have a car). Everything was very clean and it felt brand new. The amenities were great, there was even a washer/dryer! Everything is automated - lights, AC, blinds. For Europe, having AC in the summer is a must and was really important to us, so we were glad that it worked seamlessly. Riad was also a great host, communicated very well and responded promptly.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen!

I had a wonderful stay at “Zur Geduld” in the Historic Oldtown. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and charming. Lia was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and incredibly hospitable. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out, and all instructions were clear. I appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this Ferienhaus and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Wir hatten lange nach einer modernen Wohnung für unseren Urlaub am Vierwaldstättersee gesucht und sind dann auf Roshans tolle skandinavisch eingerichtete, helle und freundliche Wohnung gestoßen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist alles da, was man braucht - kompakt, hochwertig und gemütlich. Matratze ist hervorragend, wir haben super gut geschlafen. Die Dachterrasse liegt wunderschön zum Waldhügel hin und man hört viel Natur. Das ist wirklich toll. Das Dach im Rücken schützt im großen und ganzen vor den Geräuschen der am See liegenden Straße und Bahngleise. Die Kommunikation war vorbildlich und super freundlich! man ist schnell zu Fuß am See, Schiff, Bahn und im Ort mit Bäcker, Metzger und Lidl. Logistisch top gelegen! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen selbst gerne wieder.

역과 가까워서 이동에 좋았어요. 체크인 시간보다 이르게 갔는데도 친절하게 안내해주셔서 쉴 수 있었어요. 저로인한 세탁기 실수에 대해서도 세심하게 신경 써주시고 사진까지 찍어서 알기 쉽게 설명해 주셨어요. 엄마랑 좋은 풍경, 좋은 위치의 숙소에서 잘 쉬다가 갑니다.감사했어요:)♡

Malonda es increíble. Muy simpática y siempre pendiente por si necesitas algo. Nos ha ayudado muchisimo en todo. El apartamento era genial, todo como en las fotos y muy limpio. Recomiendo al 100% este alojamiento. Es el mejor de todos en los que he estado, sin duda.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Sigis wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist hervorragend - ruhig und mit super Wanderungen und dennoch bekommt man alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Sigi ist super freundlich, hilft einem sofort und lässt einen sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen auf dem Balkon bei dieser Aussicht ist eine Sensation - das wird uns sehr fehlen! Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend - alles da und wunderbar wohnlich, sodass man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen kann. Auch unserem Baby hat es super gefallen :) danke Sigi für die tolle Zeit bei Dir!

위치 좋고 뷰 좋고 특히 인테리어가 훌륭했습니다. 방도 쾌적하고 조리도구도 잘 완비되어있습니다 거실과 발코니에서 보는 그린델발트 뷰가 한폭의 그림 이상 이에요. 렌트카로 찾아오는 걸 추천합니다. 다만 파리가 몇마리 있어서 낮엔 약간 거슬릴수 있어요. (다만 파리채가 있어서 잡는 재미가 있어요) 인근에 소나 염소가 풀을 뜯고 있어서 그런거 같고, 약간 소 냄새도 나지만 크게 신경쓰이진 않았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 우수합니다. 추천합니다.

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Gerhard war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
