This approx. 100 square meter apartment with a special flair offers space, comfort and an original architecture: Located in the annex of the main house (with private entrance), a former swimming pool was converted into a bright, spacious apartment in 2018 with a lot of love for detail, which offers space for four people. It is equipped with a hot tub and sauna for wellness and relaxation and is located directly on fields and forests and the Eifel Nature Park with 1000 excursion possibilities (nature/Euregio/cities).

In addition to the historic charm, we offer a private shower, toilet and a pantry kitchen (fridge, microwave), TV and Wi-Fi access included. The apartment with private entrance can accommodate up to 2 people on the first floor. Tiny House Rursee Nature & Living Experience

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Newly renovated with love, the old building is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment includes a private terrace and a large parking lot is also right in front of the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. B&B "in the Land of Lime". Feel the outdoors

Renovated farmhouse with barn from 1901, formerly known as the "Kleine Pastory". The name of the B&B "in het Land van Kalk" refers to the various lime kilns in the area. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200 meters from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gateway to the Limburg hills. The walks are beautiful. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are two of the most famous cycling races that pass by our backyard.
